Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1055, by Eluned Trg̈mênm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brick construction taking the shape of large simple gemometric shapes which ate then embelished with decorative features, but retain their simple shapes in spite of the added features such as pillars, faccaddes, and covered walkways. The blocky nature gives a general impression of extreem age, as if each structure has existed since time immemorial.
Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè is buildings folow an organic layout of restrictive packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife. There’s a patern to the panic. It’s not easy to see, and no one quite agrees on what it is, but the locals know and operate under this pattern. It shapes everything they do, and you feel as if you’ve almost worked it out only for some small detail to devastate your theory every time you try and comprehend it.

Dëog̈ëvî-via Dêtîkè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town.
